What happens if generation fails?
If a generation fails due to an error on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account. You're never charged for a failed generation.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are non-refundable. If you have a problem with a purchase, reach out via the feedback button and we'll do our best to help.
Is there a subscription plan?
